Wednesday, October 27, 2021, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT
Category: Events

This program will focus on issues faced by practitioners when representing clients with diminished or diminishing capacity.  America is getting older and the likelihood that of one or more of your clients’ capacity will become diminished increases every day as more than 10,000 people per day reach age 65 in the United States.  The speaker will discuss what you can do to prepare your clients for their possible future incapacity; how you can identify diminished capacity, and steps to take to protect your clients’ interests if they become incapacitated.
