Advanced Estate Planning Strategies Conference for Your Members

Who Should Attend?  The conference educational sessions are for every member of every estate planning council and all estate planning professionals.  The Annual Conference allows your council’s members to cultivate important national multi-disciplinary relationships while collaborating on cutting edge ideas and trends, but we need your help to spread the word.

How Can our Council Get Involved?  Here are six quick ways to get the message about the Annual Conference out to your members; we’re happy to provide text and promotional materials, just say the word!

1. Email your members once each month beginning NOW
2. Distribute either the brochure or the “top ten reasons to attend” flyer to your council’s membership electronically and at all upcoming in-person meetings
3. Offer a brief presentation during opening remarks at all upcoming meetings and events
4. Include information about the conference in your council’s newsletters
5. Add the conference to the homepage of your council’s website (or we can do that for you upon request!)
6. Share NAEPCs LinkedIn posts to your council’s group

Does the Conference Offer CE Credit?  Legal, accounting, CFP®, CTFA, EA, and PRP (formerly PACE) credit will be requested in all states (including one hour of ethics credit, where applicable).  The program will not be filed for insurance or any state legal specialization credit. Individual states and governing bodies, coupled with attendance and participation in attendance tracking, determine the total number of hours and type of credit awarded. License numbers are required on-site to receive credit.

Council Leadership Conference for Your Leaders

The Council Leadership Conference begins with lunch at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 and concludes at 12:00 pm October 24, 2024.

The schedule includes five "learning pods" (small, topic-based workshops where council leaders share experience, best practices, and strategies for success related to council growth and operations), two sessions for councils of like-size, an evening reception honoring the councils receiving annual awards, and time after Wednesday’s reception to spend on you own with other leaders.

Who should attend?  The sessions are for volunteer leaders and staff executives* of estate planning councils affiliated with NAEPC.  We recommend sending at least one officer at the vice-president level or under and the council's executive.

*Special sessions are provided for paid staff executives / administrators and their registration fee is waived.  These sessions begin at 8:00 am on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 and end at 12:00 pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024.
